According to my IC MASTER (1986) that was made by INMOS and is a 
16384X1 150nsF NMOS 18 pin Single 5VDC Dynamic RAM.
Substitutes include Fujitsu MB81416, Hitachi HM48416, Mitsubishi 
M5M4416, and TI TMS4416.
