[Techtoolslist] Data I/O 29B on XP?

Hey Joe,

Unfortunately, I've never been able to get the modified version to work,
dunno why not, others have. I ended up keeping a laptop w/Win 3.1 to run the
original, un-modified version. I tried multiple computers but always the
same WIN XP disks, maybe that had something to do with it. YMMV.
