According to the Z80 pod manual (up on the TTL archives) the correct
flat (not-twisted) cable (W2) is 585141 - the same as the one used for
the 6502 and 6802/8.

The 6800 uses UUT cable 685479.
The 6809 & 8051 uses UUT (twisted) shielded cable 680595
The 8080 uses UUT cable 680603
The Z80QT uses shielded UUT cable 685461
The Z8000 uses shielded UUT cable 650432

The twisted pair UUT cables are NOT interchangeable due to various pins
being tied to ground. Not sure if the flat UUT cables have shared
grounded pins but I suspect so...
