Fide doesn't work on 64 bit because the underlying tools are 16 bit.

Had a chance to look at this a little bit more tonight. I am using Windows 7 x64, and doesn't appear to be working. I can't even get the script to compile.
I switched to a little netbook that I have and now the script is compiling and not giving any errors, but won't transfer the data to the fluke. The fluke just displays that it's receiving , but never changes. My netbook is recognizing the cable and matched the settings on both the computer and fluke to match.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The cord was initially com7, but changed it thinking it had to be com1 - com4 to match the FIDE setting.
