[Techtoolslist] WANTED : in-circuit IC tester

Has anyone here ever used the ICT-101 with much success? I had one for
a while and the results were so sketchy that I eventually sold it back
on ebay. I saw a lot of good IC's come up as FAIL. Once you lose a
certain amount of trust with a tester, it's really not much use.
