Hi.
I've been offered one of these (BK 866 rebrand version) for $200.
Curious if it's a good deal? Not really any history on eBay other
than a 866B version that didn't sell for $450. . It's 7 years old and
superceded twice by the BeeProg+/866B and Beeprog-2c/866C. The
original is still supported by the software. USB supports Windows 7
so it'll work with the compact laptop I have. It will do a lot of old
PROMS but not the Intersil IM56xx. Needs an adapter to do
2708/TMS2716 which is another $100 or so.
Curious if anyone has any experience. Asked on EEVblog but no real
feedback other than it sounds like Elnac is doing some iffy things
with adapters for the newer +/2c versions.
Cheers
Tony
