Nothing stunning so far,  BK support did provide the 560A manual and
560A device list which is helpful as I don't think these have been
scanned in (at least all I can ever find is the 560 manual labelled as
560A).

At least for the 560A it's more than just PC software, there are new EPROMS.

Model AK-560A User Library Software Package

This software package allows the user to easily create device test
procedures for lC's not already in the extensive library of the
tester. Truth table tests are developed on a personal computer, then
downloaded to the tester.

The package includes software, documentation, two EPROMS and an RS-232 cable.
