These cards came up a while ago on this thread (https://goo.gl/pNL7Uz)
which went rapidly off the rails.   I bought all of Andrew's extra
cards last year when I was back in the UK and distributed them to the
US people on the thread who had expressed interest.   I kept two for
myself.   Since I also have two original 9100 video cards, I'd be
willing to trade the two repro pcbs (unpopulated)
