[Techtoolslist] CPU tester - any one tried it?

I run into CPUs that I think are bad (usually intermittent) and also buy 
the old bulk group of CPUs and I stumbled across this test fixture that 
claims to check all the 6800 and 6500 family of CPUs:

Has anyone tried it and is it worth the investment?
