Hi,

I have a rev G. board but the rest is the same. The extra 2Mb SIMMS are on their way, I will report back when they will be installed.

I just tested with the following configuration.

I am able to boot from the 3 system floppy images without issue.

Best guess at this point, try upgrading to 4MB RAM.  Maybe it's a requirement for V5.0.
I've never seen a system with less than 4MB.
