[Techtoolslist] Anyone have a way to get old Fluke manuals?

All,

A bit off topic, but fluke related.  Its related to the 1020 keyboard that I got working with the 9100.

I have the manual set for the 1020, but not the 1030 or 1050.

Does anyone have any contacts that might have access to those manuals?  I need to fix the 1050 (gets a white screen) and having the manuals would help
