Hi Folks,
Brad and I have been working towards his hosting TTL on his server's
Mailman3. So don't be surprised if you get a welcoming email tonight or
tomorrow saying something like "Welcome to Tech Tools List" and that you
will need to set a new password...
We didn't transfer across the settings, so folks who want a Daily Digest
will have to set that option again by sending an email with a blank
body, subject line "XXX", to listserve-XXX...
The archives back to 2005 should be available sooner or later later,
they have been grabbed.
I hope this works, and thanks Bard for offering to host and set this up!

But it is likely a fair bit of work to get setup and going initially, so I think it would need to be much clearer that was going to be the path needed before really digging in deep.
