[Town Meeting] Lexington town meeting warrant

I just wanted to pass along a link to the warrant for Lexington's
past TM, just so TMMs could see how another town arranges its warrant.
I think there are some aspects of it that would be worthwhile to
consider when our warrant is put together each year.
