I'd like to thank those who have sent feedback, which
I've tried to incorporate:

     RESOLVED:
        That Town Meeting respectfully requests all boards,
        committees, and individuals with the power to name
        Town property but not legally bound by Title II,
        Article 4 of the Town by-laws to follow the provisions
        of that Article.
