[Town Meeting] DOCUMENT: Final Substitute Motion - Article 6

* Wanted to make it clear this wasn't aimed at private
  entities -- feedback indicated some confusion on that front.
* Mr. Maher pointed out that the "not legally bound" clause
  in the last version didn't really mean anything, since all
  town boards, committees, and employees *are* legally bound
  by the by-law -- it's just that if they don't follow it,
  the naming is nevertheless legal.

So the text I plan to move adoption of is:
   RESOLVED:
       That Town Meeting respectfully requests all Town boards,
       committees, and employees with the power to name Town property
       to follow the provisions of Title II, Article 4 of the Town by-laws.
