Subject: [Town Meeting] The deadline for Town Honor Award nominations

  Dear Town Meeting Members: 



            The deadline for Town Honor Award nominations has been extended
to Friday October 19th (drop off at Selectmen's Office by noon).  Please
consider nominating any person who has enriched the Arlington Community.
Three Awards will be given The Robbins Award, The Dallin Award and The
Wilson Award.  A town employee award will also be given out to an exemplary
employee.  All information including the award descriptions can be found by
visiting www.town.arlington.ma.us <http://www.town.arlington.ma.us/> .  This
information can also be obtained in the Selectmen's Office at the Town Hall
(781-316-3020).  An award ceremony in conjunction with the 200th year
anniversary celebrations will take place in late November.

 

We are in need of additional nominations. Please take some time to read
about these awards and consider nominating those you believe should be
honored.
