[Town Meeting] Eligibility to be on the list

Since I got a couple of questions...

List membership is open to all those who each year
are authorized to sit "in the enclosure", so TMMs,
members of committees and commissions, department heads,
BoS, FinComm, SchoolComm, ARB, etc.  A number of you
indeed fall into those non-TMM categories and are and
will remain on the list (until you tell me otherwise).
Feel free to pass the word to any of you board/committee/
commission/department head/etc. colleagues.

Remember -- this is an announce/distribution list, not
a discussion list, so it will not be very high volume.
