Hi all,

I have attached three documents.

Two are Substitute Motions - currently I am only planning to introduce
Article 12, but if the zoning board changes their mind, I will
probably introduce a substitute motion for Article 11.

I am also planning to do a powerpoint presentation when this comes up.
