[Town Meeting] Best to get both reports

I apologize for any confusion caused to Town Meeting members but it's good for people to get the original version of the RKG Report as well, since a very important scenario (pp. 5-7) and Table 2 (p. 6) of the original Jan. 8 version cannot be found in the March 2 version.  This Table 2 and scenario in the Jan. 8 version point out the financial importance to the Town of continuing leasing to the tenants at rents approaching market rates.  



  



In addition there is an erroneous footnote which appeared in the March 2 version on page 23.  Footnote 11 refers to the Parker School (a former public building now converted for office uses) in Watertown .  The listed rent specified in the footnote is #2.63 whereas the correct amount is approximately $20.00.
