-------------- next part --------------
Lets help the Arlington Food Pantry keep helping
Arlington residents. Please bring a non-perishable
grocery donation to the Special Town Meeting Monday,
November 15. Donations will be accepted until 9:30.
Volunteers will consolidate packages and deliver them
to the Food Pantry.
What makes a good donation?
  * REGULAR SIZE PACKAGES. These things are going
to single individuals and families. The Food
Pantry doesnt have the means to break down
    Costco or BJs specials.
  * EXPIRATION DATES MATTER. Except for personal
(toothpaste, soap, shaving gear, etc.) and paper
(paper towels, Kleenex, toilet tissue, etc.) goods,
please avoid any foodstuffs that will have to be
    discarded soon.
  * The Pantry always needs
        Peanut butter Jelly or jam
        Cereal Canned fruit & vegetables
        Canned meats Coffee and tea
         (ham, chicken, Spaghetti sauce
         salmon, tuna) Pasta
        Rice Mac & cheese
        Beef stew Soup
        Powdered milk & cocoa Cereal
        Canned juices Cookies & crackers
        Flour and sugar Baking mixes
Gelatin & pudding mix Condiments (salad dressing,
Paper goods (Kleenex, mustard, relish, etc.)
paper towels, toilet Toiletries (dental items,
         tissue) soap, shampoo, etc.)
It doesnt have to be a whole bag of groceries. If
everyone brings a few items, together we can make
really big difference for a great many neighbors.
For questions, or to help with the drive, please contact
Anne Turnan (781) 643-6042, acturnan at peoplepc.com.
Thanks very much.
