[Town Meeting] Proposed amendment to Special Town Meeting Article 10 Rubbish Collection

That Title III, Article 1, Section 22 ("Placing of Rubbish for Removal") of
the Town Bylaws be and hereby is amended by inserting after the first
sentence the following sentence:  "Unless it can be reasonably expected that
pickup will occur on the following day, any uncollected rubbish or
recyclable material must be removed by 9:00 PM of the date appointed for
pickup."
