Town Meeting Members:  

In order to assist TM members who are distributing printed copies of 
motions, the Town Manager's office will (on a trial basis) print copies of 
PDFs of Motions that are sent by email (to emessina at town.arlington.ma.us).   
Emailed PDFs must be received by 8:00 a.m. on the day of Town Meeting.  
Printed copies will be available for pickup on the same day after 4pm on the 
counter outside the Town Manager's office.  The Motions must be in the same 
format and signed as in the past.  

Motion proponents utilizing this service are responsible for calling the 
Town Manager's office (Eileen at 781-316-3010) first thing in the morning to 
confirm receipt and successful printing.  Proponents are also responsible to 
pick up the printed material and distribute it, as in the past, on each of 
the chairs before the beginning of the meeting.  

Proponents are also encouraged to send motions to the TMM list for 
electronic distribution though this is not a substitute for the distribution 
of printed copies on the chairs.
