[Town Meeting] Poet Laureate

Hello Town Meeting Members.

I realize Town Meeting is a far off thought right now.

Well there is one piece of unfinished business from this Springs Town
Meeting.  We authorized a Poet Laureate for the Town Of Arlington, Article
13.   The five person committee to find this august individual has "*a **Town
Meeting Member (appointed by the Town Moderator)."*

If you wish to serve on the Appointing Committee PLEASE let me know.  I
will appoint you.  First come first serve.
