passing on what was posted this afternoon on the Town Meeting News Webpage
and sent to all subscribers. If you didn't receive this directly from the

Town Meeting Begins April 27, Upcoming Precinct Meetings

*Town Meeting Begins Monday April 27 at Town Hall *Annual Town Meeting will
begin for Town Meeting members at Town Hall Auditorium starting at 8 p.m.
The State of the Town Address will be given by Board of Selectmen Chair,
Kevin F. Greeley right after the opening of Town Meeting. The public is
welcome to attend, but are restricted to balcony seating. Only Town Meeting
Members are allowed on the floor while Town Meeting is in session.

Town Meeting meets every Monday and Wednesday at Town Hall until all
warrant articles are voted upon. Each session begins at 8 p.m. and, in most
cases, ends at 11 p.m.


*Follow Town Meeting Online and on TV *The Town will be posting next-day
voting results of warrant articles, any resolutions, and actions on the
Town's website. Other documents currently available include: the Warrant, a
listing of Town Meeting Members, reports to Town Meeting, 2015 Annual
Report, and FY2016 Financial Plan. This information can be found at

Town Meeting live every Monday and Wednesday evening on the Government

*Precinct Meetings*
Vision 2020 is working with Town Meeting Members in several precincts
to coordinate meetings for residents to learn about the warrant articles
and discuss the issues with their Town Meeting Members. The
following meetings will be held this Saturday and Sunday:

Precincts 2, 3, 4 and 6 will have a combined precinct meeting to review the
upcoming warrant and discuss issues prior to this year’s Town Meeting. We
will meet at the Hardy School, in the cafeteria, on Saturday, April 25, from
1 - 4 pm. All are welcome.

Precincts 12, 14, 17, 19, and 21 will have a combined precinct meeting
to review the upcoming warrant and discuss issues prior to this year’s
Town Meeting. We will meet at Arlington Senior Center, 27 Maple Street,
on Sunday, April 26, from 1 - 3 pm. All are welcome.

Precincts 7, 8, 9 and 10 will have a combined precinct meeting to
review the upcoming warrant and discuss issues prior to this year’s Town
Meeting. We will meet at Arlington Senior Center, 27 Maple Street, on
Sunday, April 26, from 3:30 - 5:30 pm. All are welcome.
