Jordan's right - the Express Install in Flash is pretty nice, you can
read about it here:
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashplayer/download/detection_kit/

He's also right that if you aren't using any Flash 8 specific
functions (like ExternalInterface or FileReference), you can compile
your file to FP7 or FP6.
