Templates in MediaWiki are pretty straightforward. Create a page named,
say, "Template:CasualCompany" with this body:

={{{name}}}=

Founded: {{{founded}}}
# Employees: {{{employees}}}

Then when creating companies, you include the following text:

{{CasualCompany|name=XYZ Corp.|founded=Jan 1, 980|employees=4.8B}}

There's nothing special you'll need to do to add or remove fields except
start using them.
