[casual_games] Seeking list of email addresses for prize-drawing survey

Hello! I am conducting a market research survey to inform the business plan
for our own casual game project here at Auran. 
 
One way I am hoping to reach potential customers is to purchase an email
mailing list. I would send to the list a greeting and an URL for the survey,
with an offer to enter all respondents in a drawing to win an Amazon gift
certificate.
 
Of course I only want to send email to those who agreed to same, fully
respecting spam and privacy laws. For example, I hope to purchase an email
list comprising those who, when they signed up for a web service, agreed
(via checkbox) to be sent related offers from 3rd parties. I will not send
out random spam to a list from a shady source.
 
I am wondering who here knows from where I can buy such a list of consenting
potential customers. Any advice?
 
It may just so happen that someone *on* this SIG is in the business of
selling such a list, perhaps from your own customers who agreed to same, in
which case please let me know!
