[casual_games] Procedural proceedings

Actually the IGDA Board has been discussion a way 
to do virtual lectures and roundtables...but  we 
have not yet considered a full conference.  I if 
you have any idea of how we can effectively and 
cheaply get seminars and discussion groups in 
real time over the net, I'd love to hear about it.
