[casual_games] Exe to Flash?

Hello, 
how do you normaly build a flash version of your windows exe files. I don't
think that there is a sort of wrapper for this job available - or?
Or do we need to rebuild it in actionscript from scratch? Is there a way to
do that in Java perhaps?
