I don't know if this is still true (I have not dealt with the ESRB in 
many many years), but once you agree to get one game rated, you are 
committed to rating ALL your games.    You can't pick and choose.   If 
you're a small developer/publisher that is going to sign a contract with 
the ESRB directly, you could be committed to rating all the "Indie" 
games you release as well, which might not fall under a new cheaper 
casual game pricing structure.

This restriction might have been dropped, so someone with some current 
knowledge might be able to confirm.
