Another good thing for an up and coming, and dare i say, an established
studio. Is a Wiki

A wiki is a dynamic webpage, that allows registered users, to edit the
content in a easy streamlined way.
We use this for design documentation, we have an idea scratchboard, and its
also great for hosting concept imagery.

There are many different wiki's available, and even some addons to aid in
software development.

The wiki could of course be used to store the internal lexicon that Kenton
mentioned.
