[casual_games] Great work! I made a PDF version.

Hi,

It´s my first post in this mail list and I need to say that I´m very
impressed about this great work.

To make read/print more easy I did a PDF version of this quarterly (690Kb)
and it´s available in the following link:

It´s basically a copy/paste from web version to Open Office Writer file and
then export to PDF format then I don´t made any change.

PS: Please, if there is some problem to do that just tell me or ask me to
send the editable document (.odt file).
