With SnagIt you can capture videos of desktop activities. I'm sure this will
do the job for flash games.

Objet : Re: [casual_games] Recording videos from my game

I find that Fraps and other capture-to-drive apps don't have a very good
frame rate. The only thing that I have found does a truly smooth capture
(30fps) involves a rather expensive (many $100s) special video card which
has an output that goes into a DV camera or the like. Since Fraps and
related were too low frame rate I recently had to resort to (shudder)
pointing my video camera at the screen. Incredibly, given my short time for
research and aversion to buying the new hardware, that was my best option.

So which solutions record gameplay at a nice full resolution and frame rate?
Ellen, that Replay Screencast, does it fit this bill? Any others that fit
this particular criteria?

By the way, to add something besides more questions: As I recall, Flash apps
don't get captured with Fraps, but other capture programs do... Searched but
can't remember which one I used to capture Flash before. Anyone correct me
if I am wrong or fill in the name of a program that does capture Flash.
