[casual_games] system requirements

I have searched the archives but could not find any info about this.

What is the system requirements for a casual game now in terms of OS  
(win95?, 98?), CPU, Direct X etc...

 From what I've seen, I have found system requirements like this:

OS: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
Memory: 128 MB RAM
Processor: 500MHz or faster
DirectX: 7.0

Is it standard ?
