Hi all!

Thanks for the great response to the last email that went out. White paper
staffing is coming along great and there are only a few subsections left
that need writiers. If you want to make a contribution to this great
community effort, this may be your last chance.

Creating a subsection involves writing a minimum of 3 pages of copy (but you
can do more if you feel that you have more to day), and you will be paired
with a section editor who will help keep you on track for schedule, content,
and style.

I'm finalizing the writing and editing schedule, but you will have at least
2 months (including the holidays) to create your first draft with a few
weeks after that to go back and forth with your editor.

The subsections that don't have authors yet are:

- What is a Casual Game (need an industry pro to co-author with an
academic)
- Writing for Casual Games
- Downloadables: Overview, Art History, and Market & Audience
- Advergames: Production & Development
- Ad-Supported Games: Overview, Art History, and Design Principles
- Console Downloads: Overview, Art History, Market & Audience, Design
Principles, and Production & Development
- Derivative Products: Portables, and Slots/Gambling

So please claim a subsection, join in this great community effort, and help
us expand the developer and investor communities' understanding of the
casual game space. It doesn't take a ton of time, but it does make a huge
difference.

My sincere thanks,
Dave Rohrl
