[casual_games] White Paper Update - More writers needed

Hi Dave,

I'd love to help out with this, though, admittedly, I'm pretty green in the
Casual industry.  Don't know how much expertise you're looking for, but,
with some research, I could try to put together any of these sections.  Let
me know if I can be of any help.
