[casual_games] Res: Tools for creating sound effects

I use SoundRangers.com a lot - nice sample library at ~1-3 USD each.
For smaller games with 15-30 sounds this is a very cost effective way to
get a good sounding game in a hurry. I wanted several announcers for 50
Castles but the traditional recording studio route was far too expensive
for my indie budget so I went with www.brandxaudio.com. They provided
several takes of each announcer, I was pleased with the results and they
were able to work within my budget.
