[casual_games] Res: Tools for creating sound effects

Second the GoldWave recommendation -- very nice and powerful for 
essentially no money compared to the "pro" stuff.  Meanwhile, get a 
microphone, make some sounds!  Or, does anyone have a library of effects 
they'd like to recommend?
