You may want to check out this article form the last issue of the Casual Games Quarterly

Casual Games Technology Survey http://www.igda.org/casual/quarterly/2_1/index.php?id=8

It lists the result from a survey done almost a year ago and also presents a new survey with results available here http://www.surveymonkey.com/Report.asp?U=262187692940 So far only 15 people have taken the new survey. But the original survey included results from the 50 most popular games (at the time of the survey)
