[casual_games] IP question

Here's one for the legal beagles.  If I want to take a picture of 
somebodies house and post it on a website do I need to have their 
permission?  Not trying to steal anything from anyone but I have a pet 
project that isn't feasible if I have to run around knocking on doors 
getting people to sign disclaimers.  Besides, with my long hair I might 
eventually get shot anyhow!
