[casual_games] Use of keyboard on casual games

In general, it's a lot easier to push games that have risks associated with
control methods, themes, mechanical complexity, etc. through the "indie"
channel than the "mainstream casual" channel. If you can demonstrate some
real success on sites like Manifesto Games, it might help you gain traction
with the large casual distributors.
