[casual_games] Director Market Survey

In case you are having issues as some people are stating on page #2...

Here is one thing I thought of. Make sure that you answer all the questions
and their parts.

I know on page 2 there is the issue of having to check off No to the ones
you don't check Yes to. But it will require it to allow you past page #2.
This might be mucking up people on other pages as well.
