Realistically, that's going to depend on the terms that person left on. 
A scandalous affair ending with a security escort outside the premises 
would probably mean no. Good old handshake, fake smiles and best wishes, 
maybe. Don't get me wrong though, I believe people who contribute 
significantly to a project always deserve credit.
