Hi Jose-

We wrote an article for Gamasutra on our experience with adopting
agile/scrum methods. It might be useful to you:

There is also a production and design section in the IGDA Casual Games SIG
Whitepaper: http://www.igda.org/casual/IGDA_CasualGames_Whitepaper_2006.pdf

Cheers!

Wade

Hi.
I would like to know how do you manage the production/development of your
games.
Even for independent games, I imagine it´s not a chaotic method, but with a
minimum of planning, to know the features the game must have.
Thanks
Jose
