[casual_games] Mobile payment for PC game

I know that purchases through one's phone for games that play on one's phone is common, but does anyone offer cell phone payment (via SMS, texting) for games that are played online through a PC or are downloads meant for a PC?  If so, is there a third party service you would recommend that offers this method of payment?
