[casual_games] Casual MMOs - white paper contributors needed

Casual SIG not Online SIG? A section that should be duplicated and
appear on both whitepapers? (assuming the normal online one is going
ahead - I haven't checked). Just interested to know how this all fits
in - anything that leads to more exposure for this intersection is
better IMHO.
