The Contributor Agreement in the Kit is generic
in nature and was drafted based on US law. As
far as I know it is theoretically solid as far as
hitting all of the relevant issues. However, I
would recommend running it past a local solicitor
prior to using just to make sure it comports with
any unique UK legal issues and to modify the
"dispute resolution" section to comport with UK law.
