I know this is last week's topic, but I didn't have time to respond.

Do you get to work from home?

Yes. My main office is in my home. I have worked from home for over 20
years with a few stints at other studios where I didn¹t work from home.

If so, how did you manage to get in that position?

Since I manage my own studio, working from home is a choice. It is very
convenient and avoids the overhead of leasing space. My team members are
distributed and also work from home.

Do you get to work from home completely or just certain days/hours?

I work from home exclusively.

Do you have an office to go in to if you want?

No, and I have to admit that there are times when this would be nice. Going
to an office definitely provides an environment where I can completely focus
whereas working from home has many distractions. Also, working in an office
with other people is nice! Nevertheless, I have made it work for a long
time and I do enjoy the benefits and convenience.

Robert
