Above you will find the start of the Closed Captioning for Videogames
survey. I don't even have an "official" name for it yet and the
questions are not set in stone. Please have a run through, there's
less than 10 questions dealing with personal and gaming habit
questions. If there's anything you think I should ask, let me know.
I've never done a survey like this before so I'm not sure what's
necessary to have. I want to get the most important data that will
convince others captioning is important. I really think we can get
thousands of submissions and I want it to be taken seriously.

Do you think we should have separate surveys for each area of
accessibility? I'm afraid including all areas may make the survey
really long and less people will take it. but maybe I'm wrong. Maybe
we can lump the questions together to cover most areas of
accessibility issues. For example, I'm hoping we can keep this survey
under 20 questions.

Also, the survey isn't "active" right now so none of your responses
will be saved into the database. Feel free to enter fake data. It's
just a testing phase now.
