Hi Jonathan,

Not entirely sure what you mean by one element being in focus. In a driving 
game, you might benefit from focussing on what's behind using the rear view 
mirror, as well as what's ahead. Is this what you are talking about? Also 
unsure what you mean by linear and planar focussing. Can you expand on this, 
please?
